I colored the image with Copic Markers. I used a variety of iridescent and star sequins along with micro beads for my shaker elements. The frame is from The Paper Cut, but you could easily cut your own shaker box window. I added a touch of Signo white gel pen to accent the frame.
The stars are from Tim Holtz's collection of embellishments. Simple and fun!
Well, now that Thanksgiving is behind us, we may as well look ahead to snow! I had a hoot coloring up this new Mushroom Lane image by Riley and Co!
It has glittery accents and makes me wish just a little for snow! Yes, I did a bit of fussy cutting on this one and the center of the image is popped up on foam tape while the edges are not for a fun dimensional effect! Check out all of the new images for Mushroom Lane!
Lots of fun new images for you today! as we head into day 2 of the Riley and Co release!
Here is a fun sentiment that comes with it's own diamond. Stamped the image on patterned paper and then accented the diamond with a Stardust pen.
I made a shaker card and stamped the diamond repeatedly on acetate with Stazon Black ink. I colored the diamonds on the backside with Copic markers to make them jewel-toned and then cut them out.
I added a few iridescent sequins and I have a cheery little card!
My second card for today's Riley's release features a funny little birthday riddle. I paired it up with a cute Riley image. The Riley image is colored with Copic markers and is popped upon an Action Wobblz for a fun and festive touch.

Oh, and the Prickley Pear fun goes on! I have a cute little card today
featuring the Little Drummer Boy which is so fun to color. I paired it up with a new sentiment and a few die cuts that I cut out of white glossy cardstock. I added white opaque glitter to the holly for added dimension and sparkle.
Whoot! It has been a week....I have been fighting a big that has literally been in my head...and throat and chest...ugh! I have been stamping up a storm through sinus headaches. They can head on out any time now!
I used papers from the Pebbles Home for Christmas Paper Pad. I die cut and stamped the tree pieces onto two of the designer papers in the collection and then accented them with a white gel pen to mimic snow and add interest.
The sentiment is stamped on another of the designer papers and is popped up on foam.
I stamped all of the presents twice and then attached them back to back on a piece of shimmery thread. They are attached under the foam taped banner. The presents are double-sided and can dangle freely and are always cute!
As a final touch I added Sakura Stardust pen accents to the banner, presents and trees.
Thanks for popping by and be sure to check out the Prickley Pear blog today to see what the other design team members have been up to! There is some fabby sale info there for you as well! Pop on by my blog every day this week for more inspiration! I have LOTS to share!
I have another cute little image from Riley and Company'sMushroom Lane collection called Pool.
These images are so fun to color with Copic markers! I fussy cut the image and placed it over a simple Cuttlebug background. I love the grass washi tape along the bottom of the card that mimics the grass in the image.
Dream Big is a sticker from a sticker sheet from Simple Stories I think. The sequins add just a touch of glimmer to this happy card!
