Warm Winter Wishes!

Please forgive me for the photo....the card was in a cello envelope and there is awhite envelope in there too. I've been playing this week at other things besides stamping...and this is a photo of a card I made a while ago....I just love this little fellow!! The snowman is done with the glitter & acetate technique. You apply glue to the acetate and then your glitters, one at a time. Just love the bling effect you can get and no stray glitter flying around once it's put together. Snowman is by Penny Black. Glitter is by Art Insitute. Glitter dots and snowflake are from Archiver's. The card and the overlay are pre cut from The Paper Cut. I just love the convenience of having them precut and available in fun colors to layer. I faux stitched around the overlay with a white Sakura gel pen. The tag is stamped in Brocade Blue and the stamp is from My Sentiments Exactly!

I've seen some snowmen around that didn't appeal to me, but this one from Penny Black looks amusing! I was going to comment on your straight stitching but read that you faux-stitched this card - that is amazing! Love the tag too!
Your card is on it's way...

I love how you did the snowman in different colors of glitter on acetate - what a cool idea!! Love your stitching too - you have a very steady hand - my stitching would never be that perfect - great job!
