Tossing a Frosty Hi Your Way!

Ooohh, we have frost coming...and I see snowflakes in the forecast!  I broke out a snowman image...so stinkin cute! 

I stamped the background with a distressed dots stamp before applying some black Fancy Pants Pinking Chalk Tape.  I added some glitter tape pieces to the card for some additional sparkle.
