Make A Wish Little Cupcake!
Just love all of the beautiful papers that are included in the My Mind's Eye On Trend 2 paper pad included in the kit. The gold foil just calls out for the You're So Fine Glitter!
The cupcake is stamped with black Stazon ink on acetate. Once the acetate is dry I flipped the image over and applied Scrap Happy Sheer Glue to the back of the image with the Tiny Detailer Kit and then the You're So Fine Glitters!
TIP: You don't have to wait for the darkest color of glitter to dry before adding the next color.. The cupcake is glittered with Bronze Medal and the crown is Gold Medal. The last color I added was Diamond Clear Cool Highlight glitter for the frosting.
Once dry I cut out the cupcake image leaving a narrow border. I stamped the image on white cardstock and cut it out on the images lines so that I could attach it behind the glittered piece to make it opaque and more sturdy when I added it to my card.
The card measurements just came about as these were scraps from cards I made previously.
The kraft cardstock is 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches. The vertical designer paper strips are 5 1/4 x 2 inches.
The shimmery blue cardstock measures 4 x 2 1/4 inches. The pink horizontal strip is just under 4 inches by 3/4 inch.
The love heart is cut from the designer paper pad and is matted on kraft cardstock measuring 2 1/8 inches square.
Make A Wish was stamped on a 2 1/2 x 1 inch white cardstock banner in black ink with a banner tail cut.
The banner, the pink horizontal strip and the pink love box are faux stitched with the Glaze Pen included in the kit.
I added the cupcake to the card with foam tape for added dimension.
