It's Your Day To Shine!

I have another new to me company to share today....Brutus Monroe.  This is the Shine Bright set.
I paired it up with a polished stone background.  I added some Stardust Pen accents on the lightbulbs for a bit of shimmer and shine. 

The Happy Birthday is from the Penny Black sentiment set and I added a tiny sentiment from the Brutus Monroe set with it.
