Bring on the Happy!

This card has all sorts of bits and bobs on it!  The blue panel has a stitched border on it...not sure what company it's from...but it has been in my stash for ages.  The watercolored square is probably a Hero Arts stamp and was done with LuminArts Twinkling H2Os ages ago. 

The flower is something vintage of unknown origin...likely some stationery I picked up at a tag sale.  The dots are acrylic paint splotches I scraped off of my silicon stamping sheet!  Homemade acrylic dots! 

Bring on the Happy is from a Penny Black stamp sest called Sprinkles and Smiles.
