This is a fun card I got to do up with Stampers Anonymous/Tim Holtz's new set
Snarky Cats. I also used the new
Bubbles stencil from Tim Holtz. I used
distress oxide inks, then sprayed the bubbles stencil with water and "stamped" it onto the inked background for this very fun effect!
