Simply Defined Birthday Wishes

Here is another card using the Scrapbooking Made Simple Simply Defined Tulip Kaleidoscope Layering Stencils in a different way.

I used the Distress Oxide Inks to ink up the middle stencil very well with sponge finger daubers.  Then I sprayed the stencil with water before "stamping" it onto my cardstock.  Then, I used least detailed stencil to sponge in the sky once the stamped image was dry.   I love the soft watercolor effect I got by just adding water to the distress oxide inks and stamping with them! 

The sentiment is from the Verses Classic Birthday set.  I just love the font!  Seam binding was the perfect soft finishing touch!
