WhipperSnapper Birthday!

It was another clean off my desk moment....and I've had this little cutie from Whipper Snapper Designs on my desk all dressed up for quite a while. I decided to move her to a new home on this card before I smudged her up! Colored with Copic Markers with lots of Cuttlebug Embossing, she will make a great birthday card for a little lady! Designer paper is from my scrap bin too....gotta love that!!
