Digital Tuesday - Seeing Stars!

Happy Tuesday! Today's Digital Tuesday Challenge is Seeing Stars!

I decided to go with a freebie image from Designed2Delight that I haven't yet had the opportunity to play with! I love the country patriotic feel of I Heart The USA! I colored my image with Copic markers, cut it out and popped it up on foam tape.

I used a Stampin Up! border punch and embossing folder and some ribbon I picked up from the Michael's Dollar Bin.
