CropStop Duo ~ Flowers|Dots|Bling Challenge

Today's post is for CropStop! There is a new challenge this week and it is Flowers|Dots|Bling!

For my first card I went with some pretty flowers that I stamped with Twinkling H2O's and cut out leaving a narrow white boarder.  Nothing shimmers quite like them!  I stamped the text stamp on watercolor paper with Stazon ink.  I painted the green detailing with Tim Holtz Peeled Paint Distress Ink. I layered my image on two pieces of embossed cardstock.  I used cArt Us Embossing Folders; Trendy Braiding and Trendy Diamond.

For my second card, I went with a fall floral color scheme.  I layered my floral image on a panel that has been embossed with Cuttlebug's Hounds Tooth Embossing Folder.  I wrapped it with some twine and added a dragonfly brad that I distressed with a bit of Adirondack Copper Mixative.  I finished my card with some Candi Dot Embellishments.  I stamped my sentiment with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.
