Wondeful Ways With Washi!
Washi Tape is always on my mind! Today's card for MarkerPop has no stamping, but some fun Cheery Lynn dies... and my favorite roll of Washi Tape!
Tape: Japanese Washi Masking Tape, Flower Red
Dies: Cheery Lynn Mega Fanciful Flourish
Here is a close-up of the luscious tape and dies....love, love, love it all! And here are two alternate uses of tape!
My kids have given this cheapo computer desk a run for it's money...and the front trim piece was all beat up. What better way to cover it up than a bit of fun washi tape?! I used a wide tape that is not in stock at the moment...but there are others that are equally fun. It is neat and coordinates with the black top...so much nicer! This desk now holds my printer/scrapbooks in progress since we ditched the desktop!
And I also had picked up this filing cabinet to house my cardstocks...and the top was all nicked and banged up...the lock had been removed and there was an ugly hole...what better way to disguise it all than to wrap some washi tape around the top?! So....lets see how you Washi! I'd love to take a peek!
