Birthday Balloon!

Cleaning off my desk day....and I had fun with some stamps from Nicole Tamarin's Up and Away and sentiments from her Birthday Cupcake Art Gone Wild sets.  I had some fun coloring and fussy cutting.  I paired it with some washi tape from Michaels.  I added accents with a Stardust pen that are a fun touch with the gold foiling on the tape.
