These cards I'm posting a little late for the 4th, but I love this image and think it is perfect for many summery occasions! The heart is from Designed2Delight but I don't see that it has been rolled over into the From The Heart Stamps store. The sentiment is from Penny Black.
I colored my hearts with Copic Markers and then cut and popped them up on foam tape. The background on this card is an embossed box...Janeen tucked it in my birthday card as a protective layer....and how could I toss it? It got new life on hubby's birthday card!
