It's a Fin-Tastic Day on the Inky Antics Blog!

It's Try It Different Tuesday on the Inky Antics blog featuring a pile of my cards.  Here is Jackie's post:

Okay, I'll stop with the puns for now, and just show you some great ideas! We're featuring 11252MC Fishy Friends Clear Set (drawn by artist Tammy DeYoung):

To continue the blue water theme but in a different way, our talented friend and Inky designer Michelle Pearson changed out the background papers from her previous card.

This time, she dry embossed the base card and added a wavy-looking panel beneath the images and sentiment:

Here's another blue card, but with a modern chevron twist:

You may have noticed that all of today's projects contain fussy-cut images, which you can pop up with foam tape or keep flat, as you wish.

The turquoise scallop pattern in this background paper (which will be available for purchase on our main website later this month) adds a fresh look to mimic the water:

What happens when you place the same elements onto a tent-folded box? Why, you get this adorable 3-D project:

The cut-out window shows the goodies in the cello bag, which is placed inside the box. It's filled with goldfish crackers, of course! This would make a charming party favor for a summer pool party.

Hope you have a fin-tastic day, Inky friends!

What a fintastic set of cards Michelle - love the second card in particular with the wonderful 'wavy' background paper over the embossed background.
