Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps Fall/Winter Release Blog Hop Day 3!

My card to day features CLR025B Steampunk Gears 3 Clear Set and D007 Hot Air Balloon Die.

I stamped the gears randomly on some designer paper in Tim Holtz's Distress Inks.  I added some faux stitching and distressed the edges with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink.

I stamped the balloons on some die cut papers from an older Basic Grey collection.  I cut out the spaces between the basket and the balloons because I'm funny that way!  I added a bit of Copic coloring to accent the gears and other details on the baloons.  The top balloon is popped up on foam tape.

I added some fun metal nailhead stickers, a dragonfly brad and a metal label piece from my stash of doo-dads.  What a fun Steampunk card!
