Boy Birthday....

Here is my card for the Polka Doodles challenge this week...to make a boy birthday card. I used the freebie image from Designed2Delight, and colored it with my Copic markers. I distressed the edge of my image with Tim Holtz's Broken China Distress Ink. The fish has been cut out and is popped up on foam tape.

The ricrac is vintage and it made me think of waves. I used the circle cuttlebug folder...for bubbles of course!!! Happy Birthday is an image from Purple Onion Designs.
