Wishin' For Winter!

Well...wishing for fall wasn't so successful yesterday....so maybe wishing for winter will bring some temperature relief and rain?! 

This little beauty is a pre-colored image by Fred, She Said Designs.  Emma the Caroler is cut out with an oval Spellbinders die and sanded to pop out the frame a bit.

I layered this on the Diamond Rose with Paper Pricking Pattern pricking frame again colored with the Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pens in Ruby Metallic and Green Metallic. 

Snowflake die is by SU! and the designer paper is FREEBIE digital paper from Fred, She Said Designs!
