I have a little Tin Man Bouquet for you today for Prickley Pear....just love this guy, he looks sweet!
I colored all of the images with Copic Markers and yes, I did fussy cut them. I turned the tree into a floral bouquet...it's all in fun!
For local peeps, join The Stamp Shoppe this Saturday for the Stamp Convention, Saturday the 29th from 9:30 - 4:00 PM. There will be a treasure-trove of Prickley Pear stamps to choose from in The Stamp Shoppe booth, plus much more!

Hello...today I have a pet sympathy card using images from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps.
It's never easy when someone loses a beloved pet. I have had several occasions lately to create pet sympathy cards by request.
I used some hand stitching as I think that always makes a card more personal and special. I added white gel pen to flowers that were stamped and die cut from patterned paper scraps.

Just as before, I stamped all of the leaves/pumpkin on polished stone papers in various colors.
The GG0170 The Owl And The Pussycat image is stamped with Stazon ink on acetate. I did the Glitter and Acetate Technique to add glitter to color the car, moon and tree. The adhesive is hidden behind the glittered elements.
I had a bit of fall fun yesterday with Prickely Pear Rubber Stamps. I had sheets of glossy cardstock that I had done the Polished Stone Technique on. I stamped on the various pieces with StaZon Black Ink.
You can find the tutorial for a Bendi Card on Splitcoaststampers. I added the top lace die from Cheery Lynn and the piles of coffee beans to the inside of my coffee shop window. I also popped the coffee cups all up on foam tape for some additional dimension.
Today I have been busy preparing for my busy fall with Lilla Rose and decided to make a bunch of thank you cards using one of my favorite new images from the Butterfly Sentiments Clear Stamp Set and Die by Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps!
These cards could easily be adapted for birthdays or thinking of you cards by just changing out the sentiment!
If you were not aware, I am a Lilla Rose Independent Stylist. Lilla Rose carries some pretty fun hair accessories that are made with music wire! The flexi-clip, pictured above, is the patented clip that comes in seven sizes for all lengths and thicknesses of hair. I fell in love with these clips a few years ago when they were shared with me. No more headaches from the nasty claw clips with my long, thick hair! Better yet....they are cuter and they are strudy....no more broken claw clips!
For these cards I used a bunch of up-cycled cardstock and some vintage wrapping paper. I had one sheet and I made a total of 94 cards using the entire sheet. Had I thought ahead a bit I could have easily hit 100!
I stamped and die cut the butterfly from various sheets of watercolored designer paper scraps. I am on a purging kick...and when I do that, I like to USE what I have rather than just tossing it or giving it away....it becomes a bit of a challenge/game!
The Lilla Rose stamp is one that a friend had custom-made for me and I love it, Lizzie!
Lilla Rose also carries hair sticks, hair bands, bobby pins, and Upins! You can check out these fun products on my website: www.lillarose.biz/mpearson
If you have any questions, pop me an email or a comment!
Do you combine things you love with your stamping? I love it when I get a thank you for sharing a hand-made thank you card and these hair products!!
Tee hee...when I saw Aerobics Riley I thought of this fun paper from Simple Stories and this Funny Bones sentiment! I colored Riley up with Copic markers and then added a bit of distressing to make the image blend with the paper collection I chose. Love the fun ribbon treatment that reminds me of a certain athletic brand! Riley is popped up on an Action Wobblz and is just a jiggin'!
I have a card using Riley and Company's Mushroom Lane collection! These images are so much fun to color up with Copic Markers. I paired the image up with some bits and pieces from my patterned paper scrap bin. I used a sticker for my sentiment and then just let the image shine!
Did you know that Riley and Co also has coloring books if you just wish to color these images for relaxation? Bop on over and take a peek!!
