Plenty of Polka-Dots

This one is plenty bright....but I've had one of those crabby days and I was trying to get out of my funk! Not sure I like it....but I do like a few things about it! The flower ribbon is from Archiver's and it is fuzzy! I was puttering with some scraps on my desk and realized that it would fit exactly onto a slit punched piece made with the SU! slit punch! I also like the look of a single flower on a clear button...that would be a fun embellishment as well. This is the first inking of Polka-Dot Posies (SU!) a recent rummage sale find. I held out on it...but it's just so cheerful that I caved! I love the designer paper too...it's by The Paper Studio. Just not sure that it all goes together....but hey, it's bright anyway!! The bottom of the card is cut up 1 1/8 inches. The inside is lined with the striped paper and there is a white panel with a small flower in side for the sentiment. Ink colors are So Saffron, Certainly Celery and Rose Red. The flower pieces are all stamped and cut out leaving a narrow white border and then assembled with glue dots. The red button is stuck on with Diamond Glaze. Sheer white ribbon (source unknown)
Friendship stamp is by SU!
