Bloom With Abandon!

This card features a HUGE rub-on by Basic Grey. I put it on an acetate circle. Then I cut out various flowers from a sheet of Basic Grey designer paper from the Gypsy line and glue-dotted them on the back of the acetate. It looks really nifty in person with the designs peeking through the rub-on. I did the leaves with the glitter and acetate technique for some extra bling. Then I attached tape behind the flowers and attached it to the scalloped circle I got at Archiver's. The small circles are punched from the same designer paper and then glue-dotted around the edge. This also serves to hold the acetate piece down. It's a very bright card.....but I'm getting in the mood to go flower shopping....that's my excuse!!! *grin!*
