Sketch 41 Necktie Banner

It's time for another From The Heart Stamps sketch challenge!  Here is this week's sketch:

I chose to go with the Necktie Banner image which I colored with Copic Markers:  E87, E84, E81, B97, B95, B93, B91.    I skipped the scalloped layer since I was going with a masculine image and went instead with a chocolate truffle cardstock mat.  I found some masculine paper scraps and made my banners with those.

I added paper embroidery around the medium panel...it took forever, but it is relaxing and I find it soothing to do sometimes when nerves are frayed.  I added a few other touches; a vintage button that looks like a penny and some washi tape strips.
