Birthday Bubbles and Wishes

I found this funny gal in my Studio 313 stash...and she always makes me grin.  I used some Stardust pen to add fun to the bubbles! 

 

Love this bird from From The Heart Designs.  I embellished the card with some images from Darcies, a bit of vintage elastic and some fun paper.
