Quirky Girl!

Working my way through Andrea Ockey Parr's sets for Inky Antics.  Today's card features images from the Sassy and Saucy and Long Hair Flair stamp sets.

The images are colored with Copic markers and are popped up with foam tape.  I added a bit of Stardust Pen accent around the sentiments.  Love playing with the Ink Oxide backgrounds!  They are the perfect fit for these fun quirky stamps!
