Sweet Summer's End...

It was in the 80's here today....pretty warm for October! Not many more of these days left for this year I'm thinking! Not much sweetcorn left either...but this image was a fun one to color, so pretend it's still in season! I used Copic Markers to color the image. I used prismacolor pencils and Gamsol to ground the image. Doodled with my pen to frame the image. The verse is also from the Stampin Up set....and I stamped it before running the panel through the Diamonds in the Rough Cuttlebug Embossing Folder. Edges are sponged with Chocolate Chip ink by SU! Ribbon is SU!

This card looks yummy! Dumb question... did you cuttlebug before or after you stamped the sentiment image? I am assuming after! Great card!

This is very pretty! We've had warm weather for a couple of days too. Very warm for Illinois in October. Bring on the fall. I like the cool, crisp weather!
I love it when you doodle! Ü This card is wonderful! We have NOT been having 80's weather. Last nite was 35* and the highs during the day have been high 50's to low 60's. Fall is definitely here. It's been raining alot too, so makes it feel colder. We need it to dry up enough to finish our last hay cutting.
