Simply Springy!

I got the idea from this card on SCS....love the idea of split embossing using the cuttlebug folders! It gives such a subtle but yet classy look! The flower stamp is by SU! and is done with the wet wipe technique. (dropping Pretty in Pink, Bashful Blue and Almost Amethyst reinkers onto a wet wipe to make a homemade *rainbow* ink pad) I used the SU! slit punch to make the scalloped border and used a 1/8 inch hole punch in each scallop. The flower punch is by Empunchlar...but any little flower would do. The gem is by Mark Richards. The card base is Bashful Blue by SU!
This pretty little card is from my Little Secret Sister on SCS. We had a great time getting to know one another. I sent her some images...and I'm loving getting to see what she makes with them. I may just have so send her some more if she's going to send them back to me as cards!!!
Love the springy colors on this one. Keep an eye on her blog for details on how she made this since now she'll be posting it since I've seen it!! Have a wonderfully springy week!!!

Very pretty! I also love the new cuttlebug embossing folders, they make quick work for backgrounds and accents! Thanks for sharing, I'm going to have to give the blue card with the belly band a try.
