Digi Attempt #2!

Well...here was my second attempt with digital images! I used the same Pink and Mellow flower set as yesterday from FredSheSaid and tried out her Paper Pricking Pattern with it. I love the fact that you can change the sizes of the images....so I could perfectly size it for my card. I pierced it with a pin as she suggests on her site and then faux stitched the pierced holes with my Spica Glitter Pens! I used pink and olive. These pens are so fun....if you don't have them...click on the http://www.embellish-online.com/ blinky on my sidebar...you can get them for 20% off with the code GLITTER at checkout!

To change up these flower a little, I used my Zig Pure Pink Dotta*Riffic pen. I used the BIG end for the dots and the small end for the edging. I used the same folding technique as yesterday for the flowers...but for the leaves I pinched them a bit differently. Instead of pinching the printed sides together as in the last card, on this one I pinched just the tips of the leaves down and the base of the leaf up this gives them a funky look!

Other supplies used: Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch, Cuttlebug Textile Embossing Folder, SU! Photo Corner Punch, black adhesive gems, black adhesive circles (JoAnns), adhesive pearls, Marvy Scalloped Circle Punch (pink one)
