Spring Has Sprung!

When I received these fun papers from Embellish-Online.com I immediately thought of these photos I took the other day of the kids playing outside. I like taking LOTS of photos of the kids doing ordinary everyday things....I catch lots of expressions and quirks that make them *them!*

This page features RIBBIT from American Craft's Backyard Collection. I cut out the butterflies from FLITTER, bent the wings slightly and attached them with glue dots. The Journal Sticker is from the TEEN Collection, and coordinates perfectly.

Last but not least I added some Sprinkle Thickers for my title. Thanks to Julie I've been busy collecting them....and now I'm going to start *using* them!!

This page features SNAP from the Backyard Collection. I used more of the butterflies to tie the pages together. I like getting a lot of photos on a page....and I think I'll be using this layout again.

Other info: journal stamp by Stampers Anonymous. Rich Cocoa Memento Ink.

These are fantastic. I love how you cut out the butterflies to use as embellishments. That's exactly how my mind works. I don't know how many sheets I've purchased either to use as cut outs or for paper piecing alone. Congrats on making the DT. It looks like a fun one.
I love all the butterflies!
