MMSC15 - Dimensional Card

This is for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge 15! I've been running this week...but I just had to get this one in...it's so fun! I used my SU! Scalloped Edge Punch for the scalloped strips of paper. They are my *ribbons* on this one....I wanted all of the dimension to be on the focal image.

The focal image is by Penny Black. Dimension has been added by shaping the pieces and then layering them with hot glue. This image has been on my desk for YEARS....my friend Sally made it for me as a sample piece showing this technique. Tonight was it's night to get it's very own card!!

The designer paper is BasicGrey's Oh Baby! Boy collection. I ran it through the Distressed Stripes Cuttlebug Embossing folder and sanded it for added dimension.
