MMSC81 - Prickley Pear Bells!

Here is my take on this week's Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge! I want to thank the kind ladies there for picking the card I made last week as one of their Remarkable cards! I really appreciate your kind feedback on my work!

For this card I used a beautiful seasonal image from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps. I stamped the Christmas Bells on acetate with black Stazon ink. I colored the reverse side with Copic markers and then ran the image through a Xyron sticker machine. I applied sliver Art Institute Glitter to the back of the acetate. Then I ran the image through the Xyron machine again and attached it to the black panel.

The background is done using Raisin Adirondack Alcohol Ink and Adirondack Alcohol Blending Solution on matte photo paper. It reacts differently on the photo paper than it does on normal glossy paper! So grab your photo scraps and use them up for card making!!

Ribbon is by May Arts, glitter dots by Dress It Up! and snowflakes by Martha Stewart.
