Piano Teacher Appreciation!

I'm still on my teacher appreciation kick....and we have a excellent piano teacher....so what to do but make a piano card!  Our recital is this weekend and she has rented a grand piano for the kids to perform on.  Her attention to detail has given my son his first *1st* at Solo and Ensemble a month ago and now a beautiful recital piece.  She is pulling beautiful music out of my kids and for that I'm forever grateful!  Maybe someday they will be too! *wink!*

I found this card on Pinterest that was my inspiration:
I freehand cut the piano shape and added some vintage sheet music on my card.  The rose image is from Designed2Delight...I'm telling ya, that is one of my favorites!  The heartfelt thanks is a sentiment from Faith as well...it may be part of a From The Heart Stamps set, but I don't know which one!

I added the Prickley Pear Flourish die to my piano for a touch of interest.  I cut it and then arranged it so it looked nice on the piano.  A bit of May Arts Jute ties my message to the rose.

The piano keys are the SU! punch...not sure what it's called anymore...but the white ones are full and the black ones I cut in half.

I created the piano so that it is a pocket.  You can tuck a little tip in it or a note if you wish.  I attached my piano to a white A2 card and will write my message within.

This card could be easily adapted to use for a wedding or any other special occasion!
