Friday Challenge 67 - Cookie Inspiration!

This week's challenge at is Kim's! Here is the challenge in her own words:
The Holidays are already fast approaching, which means the start of making your holiday cookies! I still love decorating cut-out cookies with my mom!! This week use your favorite cookie as inspiration for your creation! Yum yum!

If you can play along with us, please use code FC67 when you upload your card to our gallery, and leave a note in this thread! Happy Creating, and no snitching those cookies!!!!

I've made a *batch* of cards using Inky Antics images and BasicGrey's Marrakech Collection!
I didn't particularily think of this collection as *soft,* however these cards have a softer feel to them without their stronger counterparts in the collection. I colored the images using Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol, highlighting them with Spica At You Glitter Pens. Other items used on this card are Cuttlebug's Textile Embossing Folder and SU!'s Photo Corner Punch.

This card adds the use of SU!'s Heart Punch and some Vintage Ribbon. Cupcakes are cookie's cousins I say...and are sometimes more fun if they have yummy frosting!

Here is a recipe for friendship! This card is stamped on the designer paper and then highlighted with Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol, Spica Glitter Pens and a White Signo Gel Pen.

And with your holiday baking, don't you think you should toss in some candy too?! I'm hoping my mom does...she makes some tasty fudge!! I used May Arts ribbon on here with Nestabilities for a fun focal point.

Finally, one last recipe for good measure! This was also printed on the colored designer paper and the pop of the White Signo Gel Pen really adds a fun touch. Spica Glitter Pens are also used with the Prismacolor Pencils and Gamsol for coloring.
Barb has great prices on this collection and many other Basic Grey Collections. If you haven't used a 6x6 collection, you should give it a shot....there are SO many card options in each one!
With FREE SHIPPING and a FREQUENT BUYER PROGRAM, there has never been a better time to give it try! Have Fun!

Super cute cards! Your blog looks great too! Did you put yours together or have it done for you? I like that yours is 3 columns, which is what I wanted. Very nice!
