Midnight Madness Sketch 82 and Prickley Pear Cards!
Whoo Hoo! I loved this sketch from the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge blog! I also love this little Winter's Glow Postage image from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps. I recently saw an all-white card...and decided to give it a shot with the only punch of color being the image.
I colored the image with Copic Markers, glittered the snow and popped it up on foam tape. For the rest of the card I used Stampin'Up/Sizzix snowflakes, May Arts ribbon, Martha Stewart punches, and a variety of embossing folders. The silver snowflake was a glass charm....I'm not into wine....and they were on clearance...so what is a girl to do but snip off the attachment ring and use it on a card?!

This card uses the same image, but uses primarily blue and white. I raided my scrap bin, added a SU! Top Note die that is pierced with a piercing template from Fred, She Said Designs and added some gems. The snowflake is from Stampers Anonymous and is cut out by little old me!
Other items on this card are Fiskars Postage Scissors and a Signo white gel pen for the faux stitching.

I love all the white on white layers on the first on and your coloring really makes the image stand out against the white.
Love the wintery frosty look of the second one in blue and white with the swirls and snowflake to make you think of a winter snow.
