Your Friendship Warms My Heart

Happy Friday!  It's been a week around here....caught a summer cold....double UGH!  Perked up enough to go strawberry picking on Thursday, first day of summer vacation for the kiddos....we made 5 batches of freezer jam and about 22 quarts of strawberries!  Yummo!!  Today it was warm enough to hop in the pool for the first time...the nice hot weekend will warm things up considerably!

Today's card features a punch or die cut that I found on my desk...I layered it on some ScoreTape and then covered it with You're So Fine Glitter in Diva Pink.  I popped that onto a Spellbinders Fleur De Lis Accents Die adorned with some Jellie Dots in Diva Pink.

The border of this card comes from my new Inky Antic's Beautiful Borders HoneyPoP clear set, 11104MC.  This is a fun way to add a pop of color to your card that is flat for mailing and fun to look at!  Simply stamp the shape stamp onto the HoneyPoP paper pad as indicated, cut out and spread for a beautiful border.  I dressed mine up a bit more with some baker's twine.

The sentiment comes from my new Inky Antics Simple Sentiments clear set, 11103SC that has 17 phrases that can be mixed and matched for outside/inside of cards and for different occasions from hello, missing you, sympathy, friendship, thanks in a fun font.  They are sized small so they can fit into a variety of  card designs.
