From The Heart Stamps Christmas/Winter Blog Hop!

My project uses the Winter Post image.

I used Copic Markers to color my image.  Papers are from Prima's North Country collection and a colorwash sheet from a My Mind's Eye collection which I embossed with a Crafts Too Snowflake Banner embossing folder and then sanded.  Snowflakes are a mixture of Sizzix and Martha Stewart punches.  Candi Dots are my only other embellishment.
