Today I used the sweet little HH0157 Penny image which I colored in Copic Markers.  I fussy cut her out and moved her onto a beautiful piece of designer paper from Heidi's scrap box!  Gotta love her scrap box!  I made a banner with the CC0061 Welcome Spring image. Penny is popped up on foam tape...and there are bits of some Cheery Lynn dies to complete my card.
