Wow!

Well sometimes I clean out my photo files...and I find stuff that I forgot to post!  This would be the case with this project for CropStop!

 
First off, I created the background paper for this card using Peeled Paint Distress Ink.  I applied it in a direct to paper method, not really trying to keep the colors even, I liked the mottled effect.

 
I wanted my paper to have a bit of pizzazz, so I applied Glitzin' Glamor in Gold to the paper and then smeared it around so the paper had a nice glittery effect.  

 
The glitter is suspended in a clear medium, and this is what it looks like when you spread it out.  This is the piece that I did for my card base.  I cut the pear out of the piece in the prior picture.  I could have cut the pear out of the center of the one above and used that...but I didn't...so no sense in glittering up a whole nother sheet, right?!
