Just Peachy!

The stamped image on this card is one by Hero Arts that I played with at the Copic Certification Workshop on Tuesday. I puttered with it long enough now that I'm pretty satisfied with it. I know it can be colored better, so I've got something to aspire to, but this is a start anyway!! The blackberries are highlighted with both Clear and Lavender Spica Glitter pens. I outlined and grounded the image with Copic's Brick White. I doodled around the edges of the image with a black pen. The journal block is from Basic Grey's Journal Block acrylic stamp set. Just a Note is from Impression Obsession's Vertical Greeting set. I used the Swiss Dot Cuttlebug embossing folder on half of the designer paper by Crate and then hit it lightly with a sanding block. (I used the coordinating backside of the Crate paper) The card base is by Bazzil, ribbon is by Creative Impressions.

This is beautiful! There is a Hero Arts challenge going on called 'Summer' - maybe you might consider entering it? Well, you do have peaches in summer!
Michelle, I don't know how you can make this any more perfect!! I love this image!! Reminds me of canning peaches.

This card turned out GREAT! I love the Spica pens on the blackberries. The card layout is cool too!! I love the way you can keep coloring the image until you get it "just right!"
