Hope, Love, Joy

This is one of two posts today, so be sure to scroll for more inspiration!
It's Prickley Pear Monday....and today I'm sharing a seasonal card with you.  It's a winter butterfly!  It reminds me of the quote that a snowflake is winter's butterfly!  This image is from the Clearly Beautiful Butterfly set and uses the Butterfly Die.

I die cut my butterfly from white glossy paper and stamped it with Stazon ink.  I popped up the wings on foam tape for added dimension.  I layered my butterfly on a piece of glossy paper that I did the polished stone technique on.

A Cuttlebug embossing folder, a few snowflakes embellished with Candi, and you have a nice winter card!

Be sure to stop by the Prickley Pear Blog if you have a moment....and see what the other design team members have been up to!

This is beautiful, Michelle! Love the crisp white and the pop of black on the butterfly. Mixes so well with the silver trim and the pretty polished stone backdrop.

this is a beautiful winter card! I hope we don't see anymore winter here for several months. Ü
