One Of A Kind!

This is one of two posts today, so please scroll for more inspiration!
It's 3D Thursday with MarkerPop and.... you guessed it, Some Odd Girl's Winter Friends set once again!

I was inspired to make a winter plaque...and was working a few of these adorable critters up in flock when my soon to be 6 year old daughter saw what I was making. She seen a lot of creations pass through my stamping studio in the last 5 years...but this is the first one she actually begged for! So what is a Mom to do but switch gears and make a pink winter's wonderland for her little girl?! I remember a fuzzy birthday card I got when I was young, and that kitty was so fun to feel! My daughter loves penguins...and any sort of stuffed creature...so here are three more for her to love on!

The plaque is from a chain craft store, and I simply sprayed it with hammered metal spray paint for a mottled appearance. I raided my snowflake bin for a variety of snowflakes. Three are stamped on acetate with white stazon ink, and each one is a bit different, just like real snowflakes are! I grounded my images with some fabulous Washi Tape....which was the color inspiration of my project. I just love the stuff...can't seem to get enough!

So, what 3D stamping projects have you created lately?! Link them in the comments, I'd love to take a peek!

What a good Mama you are to give your project to your daughter :-). The finished plaque is gorgeous, Michelle and I am sure it will be loved.

Simply adorable!!!
When Katie comes upon me when I'm coloring I tend to use her favorite color ... red ... she always wants me to use it!
I'm sure your daughter loved the final product! ;o)
