Sunflower - McMahon Five Designs September Release!

Well....fall is upon us...and thus my card for the McMahon Five Designs September Release is a few days late!  I've been making beef stock and reducing it for the chilly winter ahead.  I've also been blessed with some green beans and tomatoes that also have needed to be dealt with!

This Sunflower image came through...and I couldn't wait to dress it up....and glitter has been on my desk, so glitter it was!  I printed the image on an Ink Jet Transparency and then added the glitter to the opposite side of the image.  I start with my darkest colors first and then work to the lighter ones.

Art Institute Glitters used:  59. Teak, 198. Green Briar, 62. Copper Canyon, 208.Fauna.
Papers are vintage sheet music distressed with Walnut Stain Distress Ink and metallic accented designer paper I think from Hot Off The Press.

Pop by the McMahon Five Designs Blog to see some more beautiful inspiration with this stamp!

love it, how does the print image show through; seems like the glitter would cover it up.
