Inky Antics Flower Chick Spring Cards!
Here is another post full of new Inky Antics' Inspiration! This time I added in a few images from my Inky Antics' sets for a different twist! Thanks Jackie for another beautiful post; as seen on Inky Antics' blog!
>>Now that the Spring '13 release is available on the main Inky website, you've been able to see all of our newest HoneyPOP items!
One of them is a "tweet" little chickie, which is the main character in 11151MC Flower Chick HoneyPOP Clear Set (drawn by artist Tammy DeYoung):
Inky designer Michelle Pearson created different projects using this same set. Here's the featured card for it:
Scroll upward just a tad from this spot, and you'll find it...along with the pop-out honeycomb "surprise" inside:
Did you notice that vibrant blue vase? It's made from our brand new Blue Raspberry Honeycomb Pad!
For a different look on the card front, you might want to try this layout instead:
What happens if you pull out your 11102SC Fabulous Flower Clear Set (created by Michelle Pearson):
Along with 11104MC Simple Sentiments Clear Set (also created by Michelle):
That's right, you get a charming card like this:
It's an example of a "regular," non-honeycomb card using a HoneyPOP set...although personally I think it's anything but regular.
The HoneyPOP flowers are like a burst of spring (in the middle of winter), and the foam tape placed behind the chick and vase images adds dimension.
Have YOU made a honeycomb card, as well as a non-honeycomb version, using the same HoneyPOP clear stamp set (i.e., any set from our entire HoneyPOP collection)? If so, I'd love to see your work. Please email JPG files to me at inkyantics@aol.com.
For projects that are posted on this blog (Inky Antics' Blog), you'll get lots of accolades and pick up a few adoring fans, to boot. Plus we'll send you a nifty thank-you goodie! What could be better?<<
