Designed2Delight May Reveal Blog Hop!

This is one of two posts today, so be sure to scroll for more inspiration!
Welcome to the Designed2Delight May Release Blog Hop!  I'm sharing three cards today featuring images from the May release...more to follow in the near future!
Faith will be offering 20% off the new release for 3 days and has offered me the opportunity to  give an image away.  All YOU need to do is leave me a comment... I will select a random winner on Tuesday afternoon.  Faith will post the winners on the Designed2Delight blog on Wednesday morning!  Good Luck!!

If you have arrived here from Pat's blog...you are right on track!  if not, you may wish to start at the beginning of the hop on the D2D blog.
My first card features the Tulip Collage image.  I colored the image with Copic markers and paired it with some Echo Park paper and Candi embellishments.

My second card features the Necktie Banner image.  I colored the image with Copic Markers and fussy cut all of the ties.  I popped them up on foam tape to add some dimension to my card.

I used Echo Park designer papers on this project and added Candi embellishments for a final touch.

My final card features the Wild Blueberry Blossoms image.  Again, I colored with Copic Markers and matched it up with Memory Box and Bo Bunny papers.  A touch of Candi and linen thread finish my project.

I always find it interesting to research my projects a bit...and this one taught me what colors a blueberry blossom really is!  I had it in my head blue...but the photo that caught my eye was this one with the touches of coral!  I'm also the girl who looks words up when I'm playing games....just because it's interesting to learn new words!  Quay is a recent one I found....do you know what it is?!
Your next blog hop stop is Kathy's blog.  Enjoy!

I forgot to add... I have no idea what quay is, without looking it up. I'm good at making up definitions, though. lol! :)

I absolutely love the vintage feel you've given your cards! Wonderful touches in the details on each of them! and I love how you look up words! I like to do the same thing! I'd love to have some shoreline to build a quay on!

These are all fabulous. Love the shabby chic feel of the first, the way you popped up the ties on #2, and the lovely colors and coloring on #3. Three wonderful creations. I can see you like that candi, I just discovered it recently and LOVE it, too! I've used "quay" on words with friends and did look up the definition of it, good points for that word, lol!
