Check out this little fellow by Inky Antics! I just think he's too cute with his fishy drink! I colored the image in Prismacolor pencils and gamsol. His tummy is white flocking and his ice cube and drink are coated with Diamond Glaze. I love the variety of textures on this card!
Another little snowman....colored with Copics. I doodled around the image. The Swirl stamp is by Printworks, and Happy Winter is by A Muse. The Scalloped Edge Punch is by Martha Stewart. Ribbons are by May Arts and the button is vintage. Word window punch and cardstock is by SU!
I've got snowmen on the brain these days....and a yard full of snow to go with them! I've got a professional 6 year old snowman builder too....this year's first snowman met it's demise in a rainy mess. I'd best get some carrots and Twizzlers (his mouth of choice) around here for the next batch he comes up with! 
This card was inspired by this designer paper. I'm clueless as to the company....but I liked it and it followed me home once upon a time! I paired it with SU!'s Bashful Blue and dark brown Bazzil Cardstock. This image is colored with Prismacolor Pencils. The button is vintage, the ribbon a scrap, Warm Wishes is by Come Clean Designs, the Top Note Die Cut is by SU! and the tiny snowflake is by Dress It Up!
...SOMEPLACE ELSE!! It's -8* here tonight and more snow is on it's way! This card has an icy feel to it...probably because that's what we feel whenever we venture out! BRRR!
Today's challenge over at Embellish-Online is to make a quick and simple Holiday Card. I picked up these fun flocked cards from Heidi Grace. They have a window in them and are slightly embossed around the window. I simply added some gorgeous May Arts ribbon, a small nestabilities oval, a glitzy Prima and a glitter dot from Dress It Up to the front of the card.
It's been a bit since I posted a masculine card. I was in the mood to put some snow on these pine needles. The set is by SU!, the needles are stamped in Always Artichoke, the pinecones are stamped in Chocolate Chip ink on Chocolate Chip Cardstock. I used some of my *homemade glitter goof snow* on the needles...I'm going to use that stuff all up rather than toss it! The designer papers are by Fiskars, the bottom has been run through Cuttlebug's Branches Embossing Folder. The Happy Birthday is by Penny Black and has been stamped inside of a BasicGrey Journal Block stamp. I used Copic Markers to color the frame and then sponged the center with SU!'s Creamy Caramel ink.

Another snowflake card....1* and snowing here tonight! This card features a corner punch medallion on navy cardstock. I layered the medallion on white cardstock that has been run through the Cuttlebug Snowflake embossing folder. A gardener at heart I guess...but snowflakes are a little like winter's flowers, and these sparkly ones from Heidi Grace were perfect to nestle in the center under a shimmery snowflake. The tag was run through my Big Shot and then stamped with a little saying from Hero Arts. May Arts and Creative Impressions Ribbons. 
The weather here is frightful...-6* as I type....windchills today that shouldn't be legal! BRR!
Today is my parent's 40th Wedding Anniversary, and last night we had the honor of celebrating the milestone with family and friends. Above are the invitations that are stamped and embellished. The base paper is a dark chocolate cardstock, the ruby layer is a cardstock that has flourishes in it, tone on tone. I printed the invitation with chocolate computer ink and then stamped the flourish by Magenta with Tim Holtz's Fired Brick Distress Ink. The image was stamped off once to tone down the intense color. SU!'s Photo Corner punch, some embossed flowers (BRIDES/Micheals), and some vintage ribbon finish it off.
The inside of the invitation is lined with the ruby cardstock (Archiver's) and the chocolate cardstock that has the flourish stamped on it tone on tone. I printed the menu/rsvp options on cardstock and then die cut it with SU!'s Top Note Die. In the pockets I was able to tuck in the map and a copy of their wedding photo.
For place cards/party favors I made these one sheet boxes for each of the guests. The cardstock I used was SU!'s Sahara Sand. I stamped a flourish by Printworks in white Memories ink before folding them up. I used Martha Stewarts' doily lace punch for the lace topper. I faux stitched Cloud9's Luster Snowflakes in Dark Red over the lace. I employed my hubby and his drill to punch the holes through the MANY layers and the boxes are tied shut with the sheer ribbons, red for the ladies and black for the gents. For the names I stamped the flourishes in white on the Sahara Sand cardstock and printed them on the computer. I stamped BasicGrey's Journal Block stamp over them, colored the the inside edge with Copic's YG91 marker and edged them with Art Institute's Cranberry Glitter. The snowflake punch is by Martha Stewart and the red sparkle dot heart sticker is by Stampendous!
And last but not least here is the happy couple. My mom will probably kill me for this, but I'm so happy to have parents that have been such a great example in marriage and in life. We love you and wish you many more!

This card popped together and all started with the stems which were scraps on my desk. I needed some leaves, so ran some designer paper through the brocade cuttlebug embossing folder and punched them with my Martha Stewart butterfly punch. Wish, the oval punches and the photo corner punches are by SU! The large scallop punch is by SU! and the small one is by Martha Stewart. Buttons are vintage. All designer paper is BasicGrey's Wassail collection. The ribbons are scraps and the bracket its a Basic Grey Cardstock Sticker. Cuttlebug's Birds and Swirls embossing folder has been embossed and lightly sanded for the background panel.
This card is also a bunch of odds and ends. I used Marta Stewart's scalloped circle punch on the desiger paper. I used BasicGrey's Journal Block stamp to frame my Hero Arts verse. The butterfly punches are by Martha Stewart and have been embellished by adhesive pearls.
I love this Hero Arts verse....and I was tickled to see that it fit into my BasicGrey Journal Block stamp. The papers and buttons are from BasicGrey's Wassail Collection. The shimmer paper is from The Paper Cut. The butterfly punch is Martha Stewart and the buttons are from Dress It Up! The white flower/snowflake thingys are foam that I ran through my Big Shot. Faux stitching finishes it off.
SNOW has been in our forecast.....and out popped this card! Our focus this month was on BasicGrey's Wassail Collection. I love the artichoke color in this collection.Take a look at all of the other beautiful creations in the gallery! ~michelle~
A winter *thank you* card for a friend. Card base is Night of Navy (SU!), the designer paper is by Sandylion. Designer paper has been run through the diamond cuttlebug and lightly sanded. Ribbon is by May Arts. Snowflake and Doily Lace punches are by Martha Stewart. Verse is by PSX and flowers by Prima. Top Note Die Cut (SU!) on vellum peeks out from behind the verse panel. Script stamp is by Hero Arts, hearts are from Dress It Up! Half pearls, faux stitching and distressing finish it off. 
Ok, I admit it....I'm in love! This snowman is so pudgy and cute and his scarf is so fun to color and shade with the Copics! I colored a pile of these fellers...and this card was inspired by the *scrap* Top Notes *frame.* I did a die cut for a prior card and just couldn't toss this piece. I layered it over Riding Hood Red (SU!) panel that has been stamped with Rose Red (SU!) snowflakes (Impression-Obsession) and then cuttlebugged with the script embossing folder. I ran a white Memories dye ink pad over the writing to give it a *frosty* look. Winter Wonder is by http://www.therubbercafe.com/ and is stamped in a journal block by BasicGrey. A Black Spica Glitter pen dresses it up. The ribbon is velvet ricrac by May Arts. Flower by Prima. Snowflake punch by Martha Stewart. Glitter Dot by Dress It Up! Leaf Punch by EK Success. As you can tell, I'm an equal opportunity stamper!!
This was the card I made for the Day 3 challenge over at the paper planet. I had this medallion laying on my desk...and Mr. Owl fit in it perfectly. I doodled around the edge to accent the star shape left by the punches. All designer papers are from the Wassail Collection by BasicGrey. SU's River Rock is the card base and punched medallion. I used little self-adhesive gems to accent the image and the corners. Winter Wonder is by http://www.therubbercafe.com/ and is stamped in a journal block by BasicGrey. Owl by Pink Paislee and is colored with Copic Markers and Spica Glitter Pens highlight his nose and eyes. SU!'s corner punch accents the corners.
